Average Sold List Price shows a $42,047 increase.
Average Sold Days on Market shows a 36 day increase.
Average Sold List Price/Square Ft. shows a $13 increase.
Average Sold Days to Offer shows a 7 day increase.
Inventory shows a 12,778 decrease.
